Welcome to Blue Wave Appliance Repair! We’re glad you’re here. Before we get started with your appliance repair, please take a moment to read through these terms and conditions. They explain how we work together and what you can expect from our services.
About Our Services
Blue Wave Appliance Repair provides repair services for home appliances in the Pensacola area. We work on refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, stoves, and other household appliances. When you schedule a service with us, you’re agreeing to these terms.
Scheduling and Service Calls
When you book an appointment, we’ll do our best to arrive during the scheduled time window. Sometimes emergencies or unexpected delays happen, and we’ll call you right away if we’re running late.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel with less notice or aren’t home when we arrive, there may be a service call fee.
Diagnostic and Service Fees
We charge a diagnostic fee for our technician to come out, inspect your appliance, and figure out what’s wrong. If you decide to move forward with the repair, this fee usually goes toward the total repair cost.
All prices for parts and labor will be explained to you before we start any work. We won’t do any repairs without your approval first.
Payment Terms
Payment is due when the service is completed. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks. For larger repairs, we may require a deposit before ordering parts.
Parts and Warranties
We use quality replacement parts for all repairs. Most parts come with a manufacturer’s warranty, and our labor is also guaranteed. The specific warranty period depends on the part and type of repair, and we’ll let you know what’s covered before we start.
If something goes wrong with a repair we just completed, contact us right away and we’ll make it right. Our warranty covers defects in the parts we installed and the work we performed, but it doesn’t cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear on other parts of the appliance.
What We Need From You
To do our job well, we need a few things from you:
- Access to the appliance and the area around it
- Access to water shut-off valves, electrical panels, or gas lines if needed
- Accurate information about the problem you’re experiencing
- Someone 18 or older to be home during the service call
Please make sure pets are secured and the work area is clear before we arrive.
Limitations and Liability
We’re skilled technicians who take pride in our work, but we can’t guarantee that every appliance can be fixed. Some appliances are too old or too damaged, or parts aren’t available anymore. We’ll always be honest with you about whether a repair makes sense.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service we provided. We’re not responsible for pre-existing problems, damage from previous repairs by others, or issues that come up after normal wear and tear.

We serve Pensacola and the surrounding areas. If you’re not sure whether we cover your location, just give us a call and we’ll let you know.
Your Responsibilities After the Repair
After we fix your appliance, please test it to make sure everything works the way you want. If you notice any problems with the repair we just did, let us know within 48 hours.
Follow the care instructions we provide and the manufacturer’s guidelines for your appliance. Using your appliance properly helps it last longer and keeps your warranty valid.
Disputes and Resolution
If you’re unhappy with our service for any reason, please talk to us directly. We want to make things right. Most issues can be solved with a simple conversation.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version on our website with a new “Last Updated” date.
